This piece is wonderfully striking! The hair is absolutely amazing with its soft, misty, colors and dynamic streaks shooting every which way. Your color palette is just beautiful. It seems as if you went through the entire spectrum. The butterflies are a nice touch too with their transparent wings that feel like they're made of soft, thin fabric. The only problem I have with the piece is how it seems to simply fade away as you get down to the neck. This is unfortunate because I'm sure more attention to the neck would increase the overall depth of the piece and truly draw the viewer into a lush, and brilliant fantasy. It is hard to find anything that can really unbalance the stunning work you've done with the hair though. Just beautiful. In a way, I'm also glad there is no background so the eyes can focus solely on the colorful treat before them. p.s. I'm so glad to see someone holding the flag high for artrage.
